Vacillia 'Made to Order'

'Vacillia' is a stand alone piece of its own. The bodice consists of a white and silver rhinestone embellishments spreading down to the hips. With added appliques on both ends of the hips it truly is stunning and paired with a sequin mermaid bottom and a zipper back.
